OVERVIEW:
Pau Pau was inspired by an area the restaurant industry seems to be lacking. Ramen specific restaurants are a niche that do not exist as often as many would like. However, when they are available, they are often unappealing hole in the wall spots, serving wonderful food in a less desirable atmosphere. Pau Pau was designed to tackle this gap in the food industry and create authentic cuisine in a desirable and inviting space. Pau means finished, all done, or gone; therefore, it was paired with a logo mark of stacked bowls, signaling that the food is so delicious you can't help but finish it all.
